Subject: [Leica] CV 15mm lens cap

A trivial little question: the lens cap on my 15mm CV is a sloppy fit. It's
OK most of the time, but when the 15mm is on a Lens Carrier M on the bottom
of the camera it tends to drop off. The obvious way to stop this is to line
the inner rim with something as a shim to make it tighter, but has anyone
done this and found a suitable material? I thought of super glue and an thin
elastic band, but that'll get really icky when the band perishes.
