Subject: Re: [Leica] 1.25x magnifier "in person

Judging by reports here and on other web sites, everyone's mileage is
varying. I think it has more to do with nose and forehead shape than
anything else. I picked up my 1.25x magnifier yesterday and I like it. I do
not wear glasses for vision correction but, as my eyes are sensitive to
bright light, commonly wear sunglasses.

My results are (impressions of my positively Neanderthal head shape are
available on request):

No glasses: I can see the 35mm framelines with no problem.

With RayBan WayFarers, black medium sized frames, neutral grey tinted medium
sized lenses: I can see the 75mm framelines no problem and have no problem
using the 50mm framelines.
