There are also "La cochonne" (the -female- dirty pig ) and the drawing on
the label is really meaningful. Or the "Quintine", the name of an old witch
who was burn a few years ago.
These (as well as Moinette, Barbare and son on) are very good ones, 100%
craft and one step further than other industrial ones. The Quintine is one
of my favourite. It rates 8° - available in 33cl bottle with tip stopper, in
old fashion wooden rack.
"La binchoise" (from Binche, a little town well kown for its carnival and
its "Gilles") is available in Canada - 100% craft too.
There are more beers in Belgium than film/developer/dilution/time
combinations in the Massive B-W Film & Dev Chart - and there are all
different.
