You are absolutely right!  (This is proof that shelling out the shekels for
the expensive references occasionally does come in handy!)  Laney and van
Hasbroeck fail to mention the optical change -- but Lager certainly does,
II Lager 218.  Rogliatti mentions it but states that it is simply a change
of the diaphragm location.
