Well, these are what they say they are:  that is, f/12.5 is one-third of a
stop between f/11 and f/16, while f/6.3 is one-third of a stop from f/5.6
to f/8.  The one-third stop is easily accomodated by all films today save
for some of the pickier technical emulsions and some chromes.
