Omega D2 with coldlight head from Aristo. You can get one for chump change. 
Both made in the U.S.A.
It's the standard of the industry. By now a D5 perhaps which is a little better maybe.
It's 4x5 enlarger which is one size bigger than you'll probably need which is
said to be the desirable deal.
But you never know, I shot 4x5 last week for the first time in years! It's
happened to worse people!
