Hi,
I'm Warren Allen from Escondido California. I just got myself back into a
Leica M6TTL w/50 Summicron after a year with out. I was forced to take my
business 100% digital and was no longer shooting B&W so the previous M6
funded my digital darkroom. But now I'm back!
Last time I was studying color photography and was influenced by
Eggleston, Gibson, Webb, etc...Now I'm without a color darkroom and will go
back to my first love of B&W. I usually stick pretty close to Tri-X in X-Tol
or D-76 or TMax in Rodinal.
I now have my meager bussiness that rely's entirely on digital and will
not shoot any more film for bussiness. My film will be reserved for MY
photography. Hopefully this will keep my burn out a little off shore <g>
I have lot's of questions regarding leneses and enlargers and darkroom
practice that I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to get to in the future,
just wanted to say howdy.
Here's a link to my last, about 14 months ago , on-line gallery if you'd
like to see my work:

Thanks,
