[Front mount not rotating means that when you focus a polarizing filter will not rotate as well, an advantage. The lens is designed this way; it is not broken.] Leather case. Built-in hood. (This is the "preferred" embodiment of this lens, and is somewhat more valuable than the Made in Japan (E60) version in which the front mount does rotate.) $900.
