I've used the Lumiquest and all the rest, the two best are a 5x7 notecard
banded to the flash and the best is a Stofen.  Why, because the Stofen
maintains some directionality with the benefits of a bare bulb which is a
nice soft light.  Be prepared to pack a really big flash as the light loss
can exceed 3 stops especially if the ceilings are tall.  If you are in a
cathedral or ballroom setting with no walls or ceilings then its back to the
notecard.
