In the first photo of 3 boys and two natives the light is far from uneven,
it is masterful portrait lighting if only maybe by chance. On two of the
boys, it is  perfect split broad lighting, on the boy on the left, a perfect
45 degree lighting or Rembrandt.

As colorful subjects are Leica's forte, the same can be said for all brands.
