I use a russian finder that cost me $20. It's not the equal of the E.Leitz
or the Voigtlander, but it's 90% of the way there. But if I had one of the
two better ones, I'd probably use them. I used a 35mm finder so seldom, I'm
too cheap to buy another one.

Subject: [Leica] 35 Viewfinder Question

I am in need of a 35mm viewfinder.
I don’t need a Leica one, but I would use one if it were demonstrably
better.
Also, I don’t want to wait for months to try and find some oddball brand.

So, what can the collective tell me about the good/bad of the Voigtlander
finders as compared to the Leica?
Items like brightness, build quality, and most importantly, frame line
accuracy.
I will be using it with a 35 Summicron pre-asph.

And if anyone has one lying about, give me a shout.
