Apparently it is not a big deal to GreenPeace which does not
display the dilemma of the photographer prominently on their
home page.  The whole definition of what constitutes the
"Press" in the USA seems to be in for some interesting
Constitutional redefinition by the Supreme Court and the
Publik.
