The article makes the mistake of saying that the lights can only be 
turned on after the paper has be shoved into the bleach/fix.  The kit 
instructions say that after 20 seconds in stop bath, the lights can 
go on.  I've made well over a thousand prints with both the JOBO and 
Beseler kits using this procedure, and have never had the slightest 
bit of fogging.

I've sent a letter to the editor of Photo Techniques about this. 
Other than this one error, the article is excellent; I recommend it.

on page 38 of the Jan/Feb 2002 Photo Techniques USA.  he reviews
the room-temperature kits by beseler and jobo.
