For me, the best solution to using a 35mm lens on an M3 was getting an M4.
;-)  And the M2 is nice and not all that expensive.  I hate goggles and
separate finders if there is any other option.

So what do people find to be the best option for using a 35 with an M3: bug 
eyes, optical finder, or assuming that the entire field of view in the M3 
finder is roughly what you'll get out of a 35?
