John

I'm toying with the idea of getting an A3 printer. My thinking a the moment
is to buy an Epson 1160 and then upgrade in the future to the Pieziography
inks and drivers. Bearing this in mind, is there anyone who has used a 1160
using the standard ink sets (I'll be printing mainly B&W but there will be
some colour) and if so could they say how well the printer copes.

Thanks Steve,
I am definately not a 'techy' and so i easily get computer links and such
wrong. I will check & correct soon. Also, I'll look at the 'text' problem.
Prbably needs a
b'ground change or something like that.

subjects in the first 3 weeks. There seems to be a problem with some of the
links. If I'm in a picture and select 'PAW index' I get a blank page. Also
on the index page itself some of the text runs into the black background on
the right hand side.<

Re. yor week 2 & 3 pics that you prefer. It always helps (me) to know what
the photog is/was thinking. Reading your response

of
the light in the background.<
effectively changes my view to 'see' more favourably. I suspect those pics
would view much better as hardcopy blowups rather than internet repros.
