Boy that figures - Take a look at the photo book section in most B&Ns -
basically nothing but how-to crap and cutesy collections on photos on safe
subjects.

You can judge a bookstore by its covers. ;-)

I've never been asked to stop shooting in a Starbucks, but I was
recently told at a  Barnes and Noble in New Jersey that "Photographs are
not allowed."
