Feli,
I don't recall that as a problem as we rolled them tightly and then put an
elastic band around them to keep them tight and flat.

The biggest for me was how tight they had been rolled and it was a hell of a
job to get them unrolled. ;-) Eventually, we like most, bought sleeve pages
and began cutting them.

Although that created it's own problem as some of the early negative pages
were made of a kind of wax paper material and the negs, if the humidity was
high, would stick to the paper and or take on the pattern of the paper into
the emulsion.

Then finally the, I'll call them "plastic", sleeve pages came and we changed
all the negs over. Alas too late for many a roll .
