Subject: [Leica] starbucks to pay 3.5 million $ damages

The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reports today (Wednesday) that 
Starbuck has to pay damages of 3.5 million dollars to a New York 
state woman whose hands were damaged when a Starbuck Espresso machine 
exploded. Starbuck was responsible to 75% and the woman to 25%. As 
comparison, the amount paid by McD for serving too hot coffee in 1994 
was 3 million $
