No!

You can copy Ted's copyrighted book 'till the cows come home, for your own use.

You can use patented formulas to mix you own brew, for yourself, till the 
cows come home.

You can videotape syndicated, copyrighted, etc, programs for your own use, 
till...

You cannot do any of these, and sell or, in some cases, give away the result.
