Wrong guy, Bob - I was the one who said his printer may have been
cropping...and, they sure can be...I put a black edge around every (digital)
print. A good 98% of the time I print full-frame, but I do have to crop
occasionally...of course my black band is just a narrow black box - no
fuzzing,  no unevenness, suggesting that it is anything more than a black
line. ;-)
