There's too much water in the foreground with blown highlights for my
tastes.  I didn't realize the boats were supposed to be the center of
attention until I read your caption.  The light is just too harsh.  Need to
have some kind of light on the boats if they're the main subject.  And cut
down on the glare on the water.  I'd also move the horizon somewhere other
than exactly dividing the image in two.
