But for serious shooting with the lenses as big as they are an R8 with motor or winder makes a typical counterweight you expect from cameras you shoot with now a days. A camera like a Nikon F100 or Contax Aria does not counterweight the big glass effectively. You need a big boy camera for long lens use or the use of an 80-200 zoom. Even a normal zoom.
