I agree Hoe, integrity is everything - what goes around comes around and 
so I make sure I always do the right thing by everyone - found 
wallets/returned them - lost them had them returned...

In this case I was not asked for a specific amount to cover bank charges - 
I was just told that he did not want to be paying for them - so I paid for 
TT cahrges my side and added US$15 to cover receiving end.

It does not sit comfortably with me being at someone else's mercy so at 
least this was not the "most expensive" lesson learned.  My attaitude is I 
always wish success on those trying to earn a living - for that reason I 
am a littel reluctant to post bad review - so I thought I would warn you 
on this forum, the warning is just to alert you to making sure you are 
very specific if dealing with this chap....his vague instructions meant I 
paid out far more than I had anticipated.  

I am hoping the quality of the merchandise will offset the headache.
