Thanks, Austin.

This was my "maiden" Ebay purchase so I just went along with whatever 
Federico asked.(ie. method of payment)  You are right re: charges - it 
would cost me US$8 to send USD $13 so I was going around in circles. In 
the end I ended up paying US$158 plus all bank charges on my side and 
shipping via Fedex account. 

I will not post a bad review - but am on alert for transactions going 
forward - and if the case is a nice as it looks...I will be happy.
