i own the noct and the 75 lux,  i call them "overlapping" in that
with regard to capabilities, character and handling, they are very similar,
and yet at the edges, in specific situations, one emerges better than the other.

if you hate the noct's weight, the 75 lux won't be your friend.  if you need
longer reach/tighter composition with similar characteristics of the noct, 
then the 75 lux may be the logical choice.
