Don't pay anything for it. By today's standards, it's day is done and
gone. In that speed range, the CV 21 f4 walk's all over it. Leave the
S/A to the collectors, who rarely shoot anyway, to gorge on. 
Get yourself a lens that you can take out in the rain , to the sea, on
the slopes, or your kid's school yard, without having to worry about
it's resale value. Just think--pictures, pictures.
I had both the S/A 21 f4 and f3.4. While they out shot the 21 and 24
Nikkors I had then, they don't hold a candle to this current generation
of lenses. Ok, maybe a birthday cake candle, but that ain't saying much.
