Adapters for rangefinder lenses and SLRs will have to be custom-made
and will lose infinity focus, unless optical elements are added.

But then again, why not use your Leica lenses with a Leica body?
Getting a user body is probably easier and you'd retain full-aperture
metering plus any available exposure-automation.
