Subject: [Leica] Seeking John Hudson

Hello everybody!

I just subscribed to this list for a special reason. To put this clear:
I'm not a passionate photographer. I do own a camera, but it is no Leica
or anything special.
I'm a German author interested in ocean liners. During the reasearch for
my current project I found John Hudson's homepage on the internet
(http://jahudson.tripod.com), containing some stunning photogrpahs of a
liner called "Seawise University" which burned down in Hong Kong Harbour
in early 1972.

I tried to contact Mr Hudson about these photographs, using the e-mail
link on his homepage. But it didn't work out. Obviously that address is
no longer valid.
Further research (using search engines and the links on Mr Hudson's
homepage) showed that he was (and maybe still is) a member of this
mailing list until September 2001.
But the given e-mail address in the list's archives is the same as on
his homepage.

I would really appreciate your help if anybody on this list could get me
in touch with Mr Hudson or let me know how to contact him.

Thanks and best regards,

Nils Schwerdtner
