Regarding two element close up lenses, Canon makes a very nice two element
one in 72 and 77mm.  If the filter size is 67 then you could use the Canon
72 with an appropriate stepping ring or the Nikon 6T with a step up ring.
Vignetting isn't a problem with this set up
