Hi Aram,

You should get the Elpro 3 and 4. The 1 and 2 are for the 50mm lenses.

Canon and Nikon also make multicoated doublet attachments for close ups, but they may not be cheap.

The Contax versions, if they exist, are probalbly called Proxars.
