Subject: [Leica] Leica IIIf fast shutter speed dial alignment

Dear all,

It's me again, with another question on the IIIf. On my camera the fast
shutter speed dial isn't aligned properly. The selected speed, that
should be aligned with the little arrow engraved on the accessory shoe,
is about 45 degrees off in the counter-clockwise direction. So, for
instance, if I select 1000, the arrow points to 200. To adjust this, is
it simply a matter of loosening the three screws on the dial, turning
the dial to its correct position and then tightening the screws again?

TIA for any avice.

Regards,

=====
Ray
