Subject: [Leica] Photoshop Challenge

I need to solicit some help from some of the proficient
Photoshoppers on the LUG. I have a profile shot of my mother
that I love. She is very tough to photograph, as she glares at
any camera that approaches her. I have, literally, more than a
dozen pictures of her glaring at the camera from the last week we
spent as a family. It doesn't seem to matter how long I hold the
camera to my eye, she keeps glaring, or just moves and hides. I
caught her with this one, but didn't notice that my uncle, with
his plaid shirt, was just behind her. I find his shirt
juxtaposed against her face really detracts from the shot. Is
there something I can do to fix this problem in PS? Any help
will be much appreciated; just keep in mind that I'm a PS newbie,
so the more specific the instructions, the better. Here's the
shot:
