I only know his "Tulsa" book, which is pretty damn strong, IMO. It was
originally published by Ralph Gibson's Lustrum Press (apparently they're
old friends - there's a photo of them together in Gibson's "Deus ex
Machina) and has been reprinted lately.

(BTW, Hennessey & Ingalls surely have copies...)

It's a tough book to look at.
