The same question can be asked about landscape, portrait, travel photos,
etc. Everything has pretty much already been done, no matter the genre.

Despite Hollywood making 500+ feature films every year for the last 100
years, there are only 7 basic plots. So should we stop making movies??

For those who are critical of Street Photography seems pretty narrow minded.

There is always a new angle, a new way of seeing, for Street Photography or
whatever.
