I live in a city with good water, but it has a lot of dissolved minerals. I guess that makes it mineral water.

I have top-of-the-line 1-micron mechanical and activated charcoal filters on my cold and hot water supply, but even that isn't good enough to make it work with Xtol. So I use distilled water and everything is good.
