Hi Mark,

well, glad you are in Portland.
I use to filter water with those Calumet filter casing too. Big deal.
I don't use X-tol, don't know why is so much more expensive than others in
Buenos Aires (good air and not as good water) then I use Rodinal and
Ilfotec, but am starting hating Ilfotec and not loving Rodinal. I'll give
that X-tol a try in spite of its expensiveness in here.

Anyway and because I found some strange "things" in my filtrated water I do
use distilled. Safer.

Cooking is good with our water like it is. You may taste it when you,
sometime and somehow, come down to MessLand, I mean Argentina.
