I'd check out companies such as Tiffen who make combination warm
polarizers. They are big sellers I bet.
It would seem best to avoid the issues of two filters and then aiming
right into the sun.

I usually go with B+W but with this I'd go with Tiffen as Tiffen makes
them and I don't think B+W does.

...but they might.
