[Leica] Canon 35/2 screwmount lens..waiting

Hello,

     It's been almost a week since the close of the eBay auction I
won for this Canon lens and I havn't heard from the seller who
had a bunch of Leica equipment for sale and now none.  I've e-mailed
him and also through eBay.  He has a reliable track record in his
feedback profile and someone on the German language group
recommended the seller as well.  Maybe he's on vacation.

    Isn't there some time limit on eBay auctions that null the
auction if the seller does not respond?  Like, I still want the
lens, but what's the ruling on this type of situation?
