Subject: [Leica] M6 or M7

I realize the AE in the M7 must be fantastic and when I went to Leica Daze in late June it was my intention to buy one. But when I got to the store and saw the rebates I changed my mind. With the rebate and 10% Leica discount a new M6ttl was $810.00 (US) less than the M7. I had to ask myself is AE worth 810 dollars?
I like to shoot with 2 bodies and using a classic with the ttl is confusing (with the shutter spead dials going the opposite direction), the M7 would have worked for me, but $810.
So I got the M6ttl, and with the spare change, I picked a up the new universal polarizer to go with, and still with almost $500 left, I traded up from the 2.8/28mm to the new 2/28mm and still have some change leftover.
Because of the M6ttl rebates, I noticed used M6 classic prices have dropped, so I'm hanging on to the classic for awhile. My hope is by this time next year, the M7 will be part of the 10% Leica Daze discount and no rebates on M6ttl, prices on used M6's will be up- prices on new M7's down.
I'll wait :)
