Allan -

If you click on Product Highlights and look at the left column, one of the 
highlights is the Scope of Delivery.  Click on that and a film starts to 
run explaining the scope of delivery.  It refers to battery, battery 
charger, Secure Digital card, LCD hood, and software, including PS 
Elements, that come with the Digilux.  It just means you get a lot of 
extras with the delivery of the camera.
