This sales setback was primarily due to the development in the third quarter. In the months of October to December 2001, sales were 25.3% below the comparable prior year period. The fourth quarter brought sales of 38.2 million Euro, which is almost the level of the comparable prior year period, and saw the Company back in the black with net income of 0.8 million Euro.
