If anyone's interested (and I know the combination of "color" and "negatives
is anathema on the LUG, especially if you add "saturated"), this was the
response from Kodak Canada:

> We do not currently have any printed information on the Kodak Portra 400
> UC film.  It is set to be available in Canada in September 2002.
