They guard their pissoirs better than friggin' Fort Knox -- no wonder half the town reeks of leaks! Really, who the @#$%& do you have to s**ew to gain the privilege of taking a whizz somewhere in private -- Giuliani's ex- inside Gracie Manoir? Where I camp, in the rugged wilds of grizzly Canadian Montreal, every restaurant-type establishment must offer 2x toilet facilities: one for Ladies, the other for Gentlemen. Sure, I suppose if we had an unacknowledged legacy of slavery, folks would be smoking crack or turning tricks in those bathrooms, but we don't and they don't.
