Now it's six months post-Photokina? Sound like a vaporware fix to me...Maybe
we should start a LUG pool on when the fix is finally announced...

No not yet, I am still waiting for the mysterious fix that we were going
to hear about at photokina. Now people are saying another six months. I
do not think the cost will be excessive (Leica speaking) but Leica may
not release the parts for general repairs for a while.
