If if you could let me have more information, such as the link for the eBay
auction, I may be able to track down the manufacturer and negotiate a better
deal.  I love dealing and getting the best possible prices! ;-)

US$400 is a touch steep for an adapter.  For approx. US$500, you can have
the new Voigtlander Bessa R2S or R2C bodies which accept Nikon RF and Contax
RF lenses respectively:
