I've tried a Contax T3, a Nikon 35ti, and a Yashica T4. The latter had the 
least problems, but it is necessary to keep turning the flash switch off. I 
really don't like program modes; they are fine for those folks who don't 
know how to operate a camera, but they're pretty confining. Right now, a 
Contax T is working best for me.
