Who was it who said that Modern Art was what happened when artists stopped paying attention to women?

Most women are more beautiful with their clothes on, and they know it. Those rare few who understand that they are more beautiful with their clothes off, and are willing to share it with the world for the sake of art or money or vanity or revenge or whatever reason, should be celebrated.
