The best source of information about processing in and accessories for is 
Jobo itself.  Their website - http://www.jobo.com - has the links to submit 
technical questions.  The U.S. branch, in my experience, has always been 
prompt and helpful in its responses - even to the point of a phone call to 
address one particularly extraordinary b&w processing issue.
