Subject: [Leica] more slverfast notes.....

Hi - Yes - a $20 upgrade , not the $65 I thought earlier. Then it was
around $250 or so for the HDR since I got them at the same time.
Yes - it isn't inexpensive for some scanners, Nikon for certain, but I
have gotten it to work great for me (the Ai version 6.0) When I was working
with Ai 5.5 , I was a bit disappointed with such expensive software. I first
had version 5.0 free with my Polaroid Sprintscan that I sold, and I thought
5.5 would be a MAJOR change. Not so ... But for me, 6.0 is a quantum leap
... adding all the features I wanted, and then some.
One thing - if you do get it, be prepared to fend off attackers wanting
a 'copy' , or to borrow it 'just to check it out' :-)
