Well, the easiest way would be to just mount a plain straight flash bracket
oriented so the shoe would be under the lens.  Of course if you are handy
you could modify a regular flash  bracket to have the shoe over the lens.
There may be some adjustable brackets that have this ability.   Wait a day
or two and some of the knowledgeable list people will give you lots of
ideas.
